We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Laymoon Restaurant & Cafe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign results and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Free parking available on site.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 30-44 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- English language proficiency required.
