Senior Brand Manager for Family Toothpaste Brands

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our Africa/Eurasia Marketing Division team. As a key member of our Oral Care business, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and projects for our Family Toothpaste Brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Strategic Initiatives: Create and implement innovative commercial and expansion strategies for Oral Care categories, including new product development and global projects.
- Lead New Product Launches and Re-launches: Collaborate with the international Marketing Team to plan, implement, and track successful product launches and re-launches.
- Execute Brand Strategies: Develop and execute solid brand strategies and plans for the Family Toothpaste segment, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Efforts: Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and other key partners to drive business results.
- Engage with External Partners: Interact with external consultants, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and market research consultants as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing Departments: Engage frequently with marketing departments of local Hubs to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Minimum 6 Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record of implementing successful marketing plans, new products, and digital campaign development.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Complex Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects and external suppliers.
