Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at China-Mart Wholesale Ltd. as an Administrative Secretary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as prepare minutes and reports as required.
  • Office Management: Establish and implement office procedures and routines, including managing contracts, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Client Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.
