Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations
    • Operate and maintain production equipment, including machinery and packaging systems
    • Monitor and control processing conditions to ensure product quality and consistency
    • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to supervisors
  • Housekeeping and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
