**Inventory Auditor**

This position reports to the Inventory Control Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking daily production reports, making necessary corrections, working closely with accounting to ensure accurate & timely cost sheets reported (Auditing and correcting production reports)
- Preparing cost sheets for fresh production lines
- Adjusting ROSS inventory for raw materials and packaging for each production shift
- Reviewing and giving feedback on related verification sheets
- Providing timely and regular feedback to all shift crews in regards to documentation of information
- Cross training with fellow inventory clerk to be aware of how to complete shift production instructions and set up corresponding digs for frozen product, raw materials, packaging
- Cross train in GRN of incoming materials
- Occasionally preparing daily production schedules
- Assist in year-end count
- Complete physical counts and adjust inventory accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- Relevant experience would be considered an asset
- Knowledge in our ROSS based inventory system would be considered an asset

Oxford Frozen Foods requires all employees to have an active role in organizational sustainability initiatives including,
- Correctly divert waste to support Zero Waste initiatives
- React to green wastes (wasted energy and water, air leaks, product leaks etc.) by submitting work orders for immediate repair
