**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general building maintenance work such as door hanging, framing, fixture installation, concrete forming/pouring, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, and fabrication.
- Work from various types of lifts, scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- The ability to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
- Minimum Grade 12
- Red Seal carpenter would be considered an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset
- Working from blueprints, sketches and verbal/written instructions
- The ability to self-motivate to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Maintain clean work areas
- Possess a sense of urgency with attention to detail
- Basic welding experience would also be considered an asset
