Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi 990. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Efficient Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of meals, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Provide Training and Development: Train new staff members on job duties, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meals to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality and Service Standards: Monitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position.
