Adjunct Instructor in Global Business

A Part-Time Academic is sought to instruct a course on Contemporary Issues in Global Business. This role encompasses the delivery of engaging lectures and the management of course materials.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct one weekly lecture, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching resources and evaluation tools.
- Assess student performance and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide two hours of weekly office hours for student consultations, with designated office space available.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to educational excellence and effective communication skills. A Master's degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with a PhD or those currently pursuing one, along with relevant teaching experience, will be viewed favorably. Experience in developing innovative teaching materials that promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) is also advantageous.
CompensationThe remuneration for this position is set at $6,478 per course, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
