About the Role

GGB - Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Solutions Associate to join our team. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process endorsements, mid-term changes to policy, and new business and renewals, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Request and/or process invoices, binders, and cover letters, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post-placement checklists with sign-off from Client Solutions Managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle accounting activities for the team, including claims reporting and follow-up with adjuster contact information.
  • Access various insurance company portals to obtain insurance policy documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Extremely well-organized and able to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work well with team members and other stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
  • French business fluency is required, with RIBO license an asset but not mandatory.
