About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our meal kits to customers across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery issues from start to finish, including communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery routes to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other team members to resolve delivery issues and improve overall delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • College or university degree (preferred), or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability and independence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Reliable and available to work a consistent schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
