We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Operations Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our meal kits to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery issues from start to finish, including communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other team members to resolve delivery issues and improve overall delivery performance.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve delivery issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • College or university degree (preferred) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack.
  • Reliable and available to work a consistent schedule, including weekends.
