About the Role

This is a bilingual (English/French) role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery functions, including creating delivery routes, communicating with drivers, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery operations, including route planning and driver management
  • Communicate with customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues
  • Monitor delivery efficiency and make adjustments as needed
  • Use Onfleet, our live dispatch application, to manage delivery operations
  • Provide support to drivers and customers via phone and email
  • Collaborate with the team to improve delivery processes and procedures
Requirements
  • College or university degree (preferred) or high school diploma and equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack
  • Availability to work a consistent Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday schedule at 40 hours per week
