About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AV Sales Representative to join our team at Evertz Microsystems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, online searches, and other sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including end-users, consultants, and system integrators
  • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively use our products
  • Attend regional tradeshows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or engineering
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge of the professional AV market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
