Job Title: Process and Quality Lead

ATS Software is a leading provider of innovative engineering and design solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Quality Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Process and Quality Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control processes within our manufacturing environment. This includes ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, identifying and implementing process improvement strategies, and establishing quality assurance standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvement strategies to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials/components.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, procedures, and results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field.
  • 5+ years related quality experience in a lead role.
  • 5+ years experience in NetSuite.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance, process improvement, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (Lean Six Sigma, 8020, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process optimization and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
