Process and Quality Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at ATS Software. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality and process excellence across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Management: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvement strategies to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity while maintaining or improving product quality.
- Quality Assurance Standards: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement to achieve targeted Objectives Key Results (OKRs).
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and drive initiatives to prevent reoccurrence.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials/components and implement processes to monitor and improve supplier performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, procedures, and results, and prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics for senior management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and facilitate necessary adjustments in manufacturing processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years related Quality experience in a lead role, 5+ years experience in NetSuite, and proven experience in manufacturing environment with a focus on quality assurance, process improvement, and leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong understanding of quality management systems (Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 8020 etc.), proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process optimization and quality control, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
