About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at ATS Software. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control processes within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvement strategies to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity while maintaining or improving product quality.
  • Quality Assurance Standards: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement to achieve targeted Objectives Key Results (OKRs).
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and drive initiatives to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials/components and implement processes to monitor and improve supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years related Quality experience in a lead role.
  • 5+ years experience in NetSuite.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance, process improvement, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 8020 etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process optimization and quality control.
  • Excellent Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive change, inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Experience with implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and its application in manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
