Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Manage and train a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
