Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Meena Bazaar Clothing Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assist in managing staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and increase revenue.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
