Position Overview

The role of the Commercial Account Coordinator involves fostering strong relationships with clients in the commercial sector, ensuring seamless coordination of vehicle sales, and facilitating efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive account documentation and nurture positive client relationships through effective problem resolution.
  • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with significant commercial clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand the commercial account base while enhancing service levels for existing clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer account records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate vehicle condition reports and provide recommendations for enhancements to maximize vehicle value.
  • Collaborate with Lot Operations and Recon teams to manage vehicle movements and ensure timely repairs.
  • In conjunction with account administrators, prepare the vehicle sales process, including scheduling and notifications.
  • Coordinate with lot operations to ensure proper organization and scanning of vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles in the sales lineup, identify any discrepancies, and liaise with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to all health and safety protocols and participating in safety initiatives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the automotive or auction sectors is essential.
  • An Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with AS400 is advantageous.

This position is a contract role and does not include benefits.
