Position Overview: Our client, a prominent player in the off-price retail sector for apparel and home goods, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Commercial Lawyer to enhance their legal team. This role will report directly to the AVP Legal and will be pivotal in providing comprehensive legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business goals and minimize legal exposure.
- Streamlining the contract review process and overseeing the management of external legal counsel.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of post-call experience in commercial contracts or related transactional work, acquired through a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department.
