As a key member of our Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers reduce energy consumption and manage electricity costs while meeting system needs and government objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement energy conservation strategies and programs to help customers reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver CDM programs and services.
- Track and quantify energy savings and report on program results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote energy efficiency and conservation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license in the Province of Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electricity utilization, energy management, and building systems.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
