About the Role:

The Part-Time Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving retail excellence and ensuring every client receives outstanding service. Your passion for the brand will shine through as you deliver a world-class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Retail Excellence: Create a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations, delivering unforgettable experiences every time.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building genuine connections and fostering long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, while continually finding new ways to increase sales and revenue.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the Pandora brand values, showcasing our products and services in a way that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Results-Oriented Seller: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a high-performance selling environment, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Age and Eligibility: Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
