Food Service Team Lead

Join Tokyo Express Meadowlark Mall as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality food preparation.
