About the Role

Pok Global Care Inc. is seeking a skilled Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Errands: Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping and banking.
  • Health and Wellness: Assist clients with medication management, exercise, and other health-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Remote location with staff accommodation available.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check and basic security clearance required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
