About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Eva Muller. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • Certificate of Conduct
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
