Job Title: Access to Information and Privacy Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Access to Information and Privacy Officer to join our team at RE/MAX City Realty. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including data entry, reporting, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and reporting.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
Requirements:
  • No supervision responsibility.
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word skills.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Time management and adaptability.
