- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to recommend tactics and maintain our competitive edge in the luxury hospitality market.
- Sales Strategy: Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia, identifying periods of high demand and implementing targeted offers to specific markets.
- Team Management: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals, while mentoring and sharing expertise with the leisure sales team.
- Reporting and Administration: Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports, such as sales call schedules and month-end reports, utilizing CRM daily to enhance best practices and manage assigned portfolio.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure sales within a luxury hotel or resort is required.
- Language: Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong understanding of luxury market.
