About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Department Manager to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profit: Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for the department, working closely with visual merchandisers to maximize selling and secure store operations.
  • People and Teams: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members, evaluating and managing performance, and delivering clear communication on business performance and company culture.
  • Store Operations: Ensure H&M standards and best practices are followed, working with the store management team to secure store operations and maximize conversion.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of transferrable experience
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends
