As **General Manager** at **Acura of Moncton**, you'll lead a well-established dealership with strong ties to the local community, while being part of Atlantic Canada’s largest automotive group, **Steele Auto Grou**p. This role involves comprehensive oversight of dealership operations, driving growth and efficiency across sales, finance, service, and parts. Reporting to Steele Auto Group's Head Office, you'll work on-site, empowering the dealership team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position calls for a visionary leader capable of motivating teams and achieving strategic objectives that contribute to Acura of Moncton’s success.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing the overall performance of the dealership, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments.
- Collaborating with department managers to set and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Leading, coaching, and developing department managers and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Ensuring that the dealership delivers a superior customer experience and maintains excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitoring financial performance, optimizing cost efficiencies, and ensuring profitability across the dealership.
- Manage activities directly related to the supply of vehicles.
- Manage activities directly related to the sales and marketing of goods and services.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Representing Head Office and actioning Steele Auto Groups strategic initiatives.
- With support of the HR team being the onsite representative for employee relations matters.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need**:

- A minimum of 10 years of dealership management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments.
- A solid understanding of dealership financials, sales, and service operations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Preferred Experience (Not Required but Beneficial)**:

- Experience in managing multiple locations.
- Knowledge of automotive retail and wholesale financing.
- Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) and other relevant technologies.
