Job Title: Digital Performance Analysis Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting software applications for our safety products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
  • Configure, install, and maintain software applications on various platforms and devices alongside product owners.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance across systems, availability, and security of the applications in line with our adjacent infrastructure team.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients and internal teams on the use and functionality of the applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and supporting software applications.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team cross sites.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
  • Familiar with web development frameworks and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.net.
