Job Summary

AST Logistics GmbH is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks, organizing documents and files, managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documents.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and other communication tools to ensure efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, both in-person and remotely.
  • Assist with report preparation, including data collection and analysis.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations and documents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must live in Canada.
