About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team at Apropos & Apropos for Men Limited. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
