Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Compile and present operational reports to management.
  • Guarantee the efficient functioning of equipment and machinery.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, offering technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate work assignments.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities.
  • Offer mentorship and support to team members.
  • Supervise and manage staff performance.
