Job Title: Account Representative - House Brands

Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our House Brands team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, acquiring new accounts, and promoting our House Brands of products. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a corporate and Brand ambassador, building up corporate and brand awareness to prospective clients representing Empack's House Brands of products.
  • Take over existing accounts and acquire new accounts/customers.
  • Build revenue and market share for the company by developing and implementing a sales plan to formulate targeted client call strategies to maximize opportunities in the territory or for the product lines.
  • Promote new, featured products, and general product knowledge to clients to increase sales and for customer retention.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of the territory.
  • Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest.
  • Regularly contacts and occasionally visits accounts to maintain professional business relations.
  • Promptly submit orders and followthrough to ensure customer requests are honored.
  • Stay current with industry trends, monitor competition, and learn merchandising techniques to improve performance. Communicate findings to various internal functions and leaders.
  • Assist in developing and executing operational marketing plans that will support business objectives.
  • Develop strategies to develop longterm relationships with customers.
  • Exhibit flexibility to adapt the selling message to the customer profile and understand the customer's considerations
  • Uses CRM software to track account activity.
  • Maintains integrity, honesty, and ethically deals with new and existing clients. Works quickly to solve any issues.
  • Attend sales and product related meetings as required.
  • Participates with special projects and provides support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, public relations, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with B2B Selling with two plus years of account management experience.
  • Experience in selling Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Easily builds relationships, is personable, professional and an effective networker.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP software
  • Well versed in the use of social media platforms that support lead generation, and business networking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong customerfocus with good listening and clear message transmission capabilities.
  • Must have, or have access to, a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
  • Ability and willingness to accommodate some travel with the occasional overnight travel for trade shows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of multitasking.
