Job Summary:

The Collections Representative will be responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and account maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to collect on balance dues.
  • Process and research disputed accounts receivables.
  • Process payments and credit notes.
  • Send past due notices and account statements.
  • Handle correspondences, both verbal and written.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections.
  • Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
  • Professional, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
