Industrial Finishing is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated customer service and support to assigned corporate clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and account records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Understand and maintain pricing for all assigned and new corporate accounts, ensuring consistency with Industrial Finishing's financial objectives.
- Coordinate departmental price adjustments, contract renewals, and notice of change, updates, and tracking as required.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Industrial Finishing managers, including customer revenue, pricing analysis, and general data warehouse statistics information.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate clients and Industrial Finishing's operations, coordinating, communicating, and resolving problems through collaboration.
- Act as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact, providing experienced direction, input, and guidance to team members and management.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
