Filing Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team at Liberty House Law Firm. As a Filing Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the firm's filing system, ensuring that all documents are accurately and efficiently processed.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Receive, sort, and process incoming documents, including correspondence, forms, and other papers.
- Filing and Retrieval: Maintain and update the firm's filing system, ensuring that all documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including data entry, photocopying, and collating documents.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and provide general information about the firm's services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure that the firm's storage areas are organized and secure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
