Become a part of our organization as a Regional Manager at iCIMS, Inc.

The Regional Manager (RM) is tasked with steering the strategic vision of designated personnel, ensuring secure and efficient operations with a focus on client satisfaction.

  • Management of performance and accountability
  • Development of employees and succession planning
  • Comprehensive oversight of operational, project, financial, and workload planning, management, and outcomes, which includes:
    • Workload forecasting (both short-term and long-term)
    • Budgeting and expense oversight
    • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Additional responsibilities encompass guiding direct reports, stakeholders, and clients in site evaluation, remediation, and reclamation efforts. The role also involves leading and executing strategic business initiatives, business growth, cross-selling opportunities, proposals, and marketing efforts to enhance the business line within regional territories.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Safety: A proactive stance on safety to identify hazards and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Administrative Skills: Timely completion of claims, invoices, and documentation
  • Financial Insight: Proficiency in forecasting, resource allocation, and profit & loss management
  • Business Insight: Strong understanding of business operations
  • Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships effectively
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Educational Background: Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or a related field

Travel may be necessary for client engagements and site assessments. The position offers a favorable shift schedule with opportunities for involvement in multiple projects.
