Job Summary:
As a key member of the Bank of Montreal team, the Regional Compliance and Operations Manager will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. This will enable the branch/regional leadership to focus on core strategic and sales leadership work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Bank of Montreal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring a stable and secure business environment.
- Provide guidance and support to branch/regional leadership on compliance and operational matters, ensuring alignment with Bank of Montreal's overall strategy.
Requirements:
