- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling interior trim, such as door frames, window frames, baseboards, and crown molding. Installation of doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures is also required.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle and manage all company equipment.
- Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles when appropriate.
