Qualifications (Requirements):

Role Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality finish carpentry to measure, cut, shape, and assemble interior trim, including door frames, window frames, baseboards, and crown moulding. Install doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle and care for all company equipment.
  • Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Support fellow team members as opportunities arise and provide leadership when needed.
