Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Internet Web Site Technician to enhance our technical team at Quad IT Solutions. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our web services and network infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access and utilization of computer networks
  • Install and configure web server hardware and software
  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
  • Conduct routine network operations and maintain control records
  • Establish local area networks and Internet connections
  • Deploy network traffic and security monitoring tools, optimizing server performance
  • Supervise technical support staff within the team
  • Provide comprehensive business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Report on system and network performance metrics
