About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at MXCN Labour and Cleaning Services inc. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate cleaning machines and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the building's appearance and functionality.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair to ensure the building's integrity.
  • Install Equipment: Install equipment and fixtures as required to maintain the building's functionality.
Requirements
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification: Possess a valid IRATA certification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Suspended Access Equipment Training: Have completed suspended access equipment training to ensure safe working practices.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate: Hold a valid Occupational Health and Safety certificate to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate: Possess a valid WHMIS certificate to ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations.
  • Forklift Operator Certification: Hold a valid forklift operator certification to ensure safe operation of equipment.
Work Environment

As a Rope Access Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and potentially hazardous conditions.
