Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
