Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This includes managing sales staff, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stockroom operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
