About the Role

V GLOBAL IMMIGRATION INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Mail and Messaging: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations: Perform data entry, order office supplies, and maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
