Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Buzz Marketing Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to support our employees' well-being.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices, and recommend changes to improve our employee experience.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze HR data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve HR goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, including employment equity and health and safety.
  • Experience with human resources software and systems, including HRIS and payroll.
