Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raider Oilfield Equipment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and arrangements.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an oilfield equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
