Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Executive to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our division's financial and accounting activities, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the division's financial goals are met.
  • Lead the finance team in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic business plans and objectives.
  • Manage the division's financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and external auditors.
  • Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial and controlling experience in a manufacturing or financial environment.
  • Expertise in project costing systems and experience in designing and managing new business systems.
  • Proven business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
