Role Overview: The primary objective of this position is to provide financial partnership support to the Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing divisions of Mundipharma. The successful applicant will serve as a vital resource for the leaders of these areas, generating value through financial planning, budget oversight, and insightful analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership – deliver performance management and decision-making support to the VP of Supply Chain and the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing, along with their teams.
  • Efficient operational expenditure management for Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing.
  • Produce an accurate and timely 5-year budget plan (Original Budget, Mid-Year Estimate, and Year-end Estimate) for the supported divisions.
  • Achieve financial targets for Tech Ops savings, operational expenses, full-time equivalents, restructuring, and exceptional costs.
  • Manage month-end closing processes, including accruals and intercompany transactions, while coordinating with Finance shared services.
  • Deliver operational expenditure, full-time equivalent, goods received not invoiced, and project reporting.
  • Prepare business cases and capital expenditure proposals as necessary.
  • Track and report on key projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualified or possess significant relevant experience demonstrating capability in the role.
  • Formal Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a robust background in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Experience in financial partnership within a matrix and cross-functional setting.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical sector and Technical Operations (Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Strategic Sourcing).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, along with strong presentation skills and experience with presentation software.
